Services
Property and Casualty - Although a full service business property and casualty insurer, we specialize in construction contractors in both residential and commercial construction. Our insurance company partners have a broad range of insuring capabilities including coverage for excavators, framing contractors, roofing, steel erection, and many more.
Workers’ Compensation - One of the first agencies appointed by Pinnacol Assurance, we provide coverage for workers’ compensation and employers liability to all types of general business and construction contractors. We also represent 3 associations which have group dividend programs - Steel Erectors Safety Association, Contractors Elite Safety Association, and the Colorado Cattlemen’s Association.
We started as a surety bond agency and still provide both miscellaneous (permit, mortgage, other types), and construction performance and payment bonds.
Equipment / Inland Marine - We have access to several markets with competitive rates to cover all types of construction equipment as well as other equipment used in the course of your business.
Crane and Rigging Contractors - Members of the SC & RA and representatives of insurance programs for crane, hauling, and rigging contractors. We provide coverage for all aspects of a specialty carrier and crane company risks including the equipment itself, the load, transit coverage, auto, trucking, and more.
